Terms of service

1. Acceptance of terms

Radicals Rage Rooms ("we," "us," "our") runs radicalsragerooms.com and the rage room, axe throwing and smash experiences listed on it. When you visit the site, buy anything, book a session or take part in an experience, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Booking & Cancellation Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book with us. Our store runs on Shopify.

2. Services and pricing

At 201 Station Rd, Quakertown, PA 18951, on the property of the Q-Mart (Quakertown Farmers Market), on the far left side of the farmers market, to the left of the nursery, we offer:

  • Rage Room Session (60 minutes): $63.60 per person, for groups of 1 to 10 ($63.60–$636). Each guest gets 1 Tier 1 fun item and 2 crates of glass. Our rage room is a fully enclosed outdoor room on the market property.
  • Axe Throwing (60 minutes): from $55 for 1 person, $75 for 2, $95 for 3, up to $250 for 10. It's outdoors under our carport, and only at our Quakertown location. Axe throwing is never offered as a mobile service.
  • Radicals Car SMASH!: $750 for up to 10 people.
  • Pumpkin Smashing (seasonal): $43 per person for 3 pumpkins plus a fun item, or $53 per person for 5 pumpkins plus a Tier 2 item, available seasonally while pumpkins last.
  • Catharsis Couch: $85. Premium TV add-on: $53. Rage Sabers: $25 each, and a session isn't included. Nightstands: $45 each. Dressers and Chests: $75 per piece. Appliances: $106.
  • Gift cards: from $22. Gift cards do not expire. Passes (subscriptions): Monthly Pass $52.50, $126 or $210 a month; Weekly Pass $42 a week. Each pass is delivered as $63.60 rage room gift cards.
  • Mobile Rage Room: from $1,200 for up to 12 participants, at locations within 25 miles of Quakertown, PA. Each additional participant is $100.
  • Mobile Car Smash: $1,200 per experience, at locations within 50 miles of Quakertown, PA.
  • Video footage: $22 per session, covering rage room, axe throwing or pumpkin smashing.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change. The price shown when you book is the price you pay. We do not charge sales tax. For groups larger than 10, call 650-219-9876.

3. Booking, cancellation and no-shows

  • Booking is required. We don't accept walk-ups. You can book online, by phone or on Facebook up to six months ahead. Please arrive 15 minutes before your session.
  • Same-day bookings are non-refundable. Any booking made within 24 hours of your visit is final.
  • Advance bookings: If you contact us at least 48 hours before your time slot, you can reschedule (subject to availability) or get a full refund.
  • No-shows: If you don't show up for your session and haven't given us at least 48 hours' notice, your payment is forfeited. You get no refund and no credit.
  • Add-ons follow the policy of the session they're booked with.
  • Weather: Whether a session is rescheduled because of weather depends on its severity and is at Radicals Rage Rooms' discretion.
  • Passes: Monthly and weekly passes can be cancelled or paused. Contact us to cancel or pause your pass.

To change a booking, call or text 650-219-9876 as early as you can.

4. Waiver and release of liability

Every participant must sign our Liability Waiver before taking part. A parent or legal guardian must sign for anyone under 18. You can download the waiver from our Liability Waiver page and bring it completed, or fill out a printed copy when you arrive. Anyone who hasn't signed a waiver can't participate. Anyone turned away for not signing the waiver receives a credit, not a refund. Refunds are given only if the booking is cancelled outright under our cancellation policy (at least 48 hours before the session). The waiver is a separate agreement. If it conflicts with these Terms on assumption of risk or release of liability, the waiver controls.

5. Safety rules and prohibited items

Smashing and throwing are physical activities with inherent risk. Before every session, our staff give a safety briefing, and you agree to follow it and any staff instructions.

  • Closed-toe shoes are required. Sandals, Crocs, Uggs, heels and other open-toe shoes aren't allowed.
  • Tie long hair back. For axe throwing, bring your own hair tie.
  • Wear the protective gear we provide for the whole session.
  • Use only the tools we provide, and only inside the designated area.
  • Guests may bring their own items to smash within reason, subject to staff approval.
  • We can stop a session or remove anyone who ignores safety rules or staff instructions.

6. Age and supervision

There's no minimum age. Minors may participate when a parent or legal guardian signs the waiver.

7. Property damage beyond smashables

Only items we provide or approve as smashables may be broken. You may be responsible for damage you cause, on purpose or through misuse, to our equipment, structures or protective gear, or to Quakertown Farmers Market property. For mobile services, the host must provide a suitable, flat setup area (about 50 x 30 ft for the Mobile Rage Room) and permission to use it.

8. Use of the site and intellectual property

You may use this site only for lawful, personal purposes such as browsing and booking. You may not copy, scrape, disrupt or misuse it. All site content, including text, photos, videos, logos and the Radicals Rage Rooms name, belongs to Radicals Rage Rooms or its licensors, and you need our written permission to use it. Photos and video taken during sessions may be used in our marketing, as agreed in the Liability Waiver. Information on the site may contain errors, and we may correct prices or details and cancel affected orders with a refund.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Pennsylvania law allows, Radicals Rage Rooms and its owners, staff and partners aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking involved. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law. Services are provided "as is", and the signed Liability Waiver also applies. Radicals Rage Rooms is not a licensed therapy service, and nothing on this site is medical or mental-health advice.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally. If we can't, any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Bookings made before a change follow the Terms in place when you booked.
