Booking & Cancellation Policy

Same-day bookings at Radicals Rage Rooms are non-refundable. Booked ahead? Give us 48 hours' notice to reschedule or get a refund.

Every session is held just for you, and we turn other guests away to keep your slot open. Here's how changes and refunds work:

1. Same-day bookings are non-refundable. Any booking made within 24 hours of your visit is final and can't be refunded.
2. Same-day no-shows forfeit room entry. If you book same-day and then no-call, no-show, or don't communicate with us at all, you forfeit what you paid for room entry.
3. Booked ahead? Give us 48 hours' notice. If you booked in advance and contact us at least 48 hours before your time slot, you can reschedule (subject to availability) or get a full refund.
4. No-shows get no refund. If you no-show, no-call, or don't communicate with us at all and haven't given at least 48 hours' notice, your payment is forfeited. No refund, no credit.
5. Waiver required. Every participant must sign our Liability Waiver. If someone is turned away because they haven't signed it, we'll offer a credit, not a refund. Refunds apply only if you cancel the booking outright at least 48 hours before your session.
6. Add-ons follow the policy of the session they're booked with.
