Radical's FAQ
Where are you located?
A. We are headquartered in the outskirts of Quakertown Pennsylvania. But we’re fully mobile! Come to us, or we can bring the rage room and axe throwing experience directly to you.
How do I book a session?
A. All bookings must be made over the phone, via Facebook, or through our website. This guarantees your session time and allows us to properly prepare. We do not accept reservations by walk-up bookings.
How far in advance can I book?
A. You are able to book up to SIX MONTHS in advance. Availability is limited, especially on weekends and family holidays, so we recommend booking early. Same-week bookings may become available but are not guaranteed.
Is there an age requirement?
A. No, but anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must remain on-site during the session. The guardian does not need to participate, but permission slips must be signed.
What should I wear?
A. We provide all necessary protective gear, but closed-toe shoes are mandatory. No sandals, Crocs, heels, or soft canvas sneakers. Dress comfortably and be ready to move!
Can you set up at my house or private event?
A. Absolutely. Our mobile setup is perfect for private events, parties, and corporate gatherings. We just need flat, level ground, adequate space, and permission to operate at the location. Whether it's a home, event space, or corporate location, we set up on-site.
Do you offer group or party packages?
A. Yes. We offer packages for small and medium-sized groups. For larger parties, please contact us directly to discuss options and availability.
What happens when you arrive?
A. We'll handle all the setup. You’ll be asked to sign digital or paper waivers acknowledging participation is at your own risk. Our staff will provide a safety briefing before your session begins.
Is it safe?
A. Safety is our top priority. We follow strict protocols, provide training, and require protective gear. However, this is a physical activity and involves risk. You participate at your own discretion.
Is this therapy?
A. No, we are not mental health professionals. That said, many people find the experience cathartic and emotionally freeing. Think of it as stress relief with a fun, physical twist.
What if it rains?
A. For small groups we can continue operation as normal. In the case of inclement weather during a larger event, we’ll work with you to reschedule or relocate if possible. If you have a covered space or indoor venue, we may still be able to set up safely.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
A. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
